The UAE intends to leverage the congress to foster practical cooperation among nations and develop strategies to combat emerging forms of crime. Discussions are expected to cover how criminal networks are increasingly using technology, international travel, and global supply chains to their advantage.
The event is anticipated to conclude with the Abu Dhabi Declaration, which will outline priorities for international collaboration on crime prevention, criminal justice, and the reinforcement of the rule of law in the years ahead.
